DAY ONE - WELCOME TO MELBOURNE!

MelbourneAustralia’s second-largest city, Melbourne boasts great festivals and shopping, a passion for food and wine, and fabulous arts.

You'll stay 4 nights at Batman's Hill on Collins is located in the heart of Melbourne and is superbly positioned, opposite Southern Cross Rail Station.

DAY TWO - AUSTRALIAN OPEN

2 x tickets to the morning sessions; Rod Laver Arena - Category 3 Seating

The eyes of the sporting world turn to Melbourne in January as the world’s best players battle it out for the first Grand Slam® title of the year. We are the Official International Tour Operator for the Australian Open Tennis held in Melbourne January 19 – Feb 01, 2015. Be there for the angst, excitement, grace and intensity as more than 500 athletes push each other to the limits in their quest to conquer and walk away with the crown. Summer in Australia IS tennis! Even if you are not big tennis fans, it really is a lot of fun with concerts, entertainment, bars and restaurants to enjoy!

DAY FOUR - AT LEISURE

Enjoy Melbourne! Australia’s second-largest city is set around the shores of Port Phillip Bay. The city itself, laid out in a large rectangle and boasting a lively and cosmopolitan pulse, sits on the northern banks of the Yarra River.
 

DAY FIVE - WELCOME TO THE RED CENTER!

This morning you'll be transferred to Melbourne Airport for your flight to Ayers Rock. (Flight not included.) The Red Center is more than the center or middle of Australia. The sheer size of Uluru/Ayers Rock, the strong sense of spirituality and culture you will find here, combined with amazing stories means a visit here is an encounter with the very heart of the country.

This evening view sunset and the changing colors of Uluru while enjoying nibbles and complimentary wine. Travel to our exclusive venue to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and stargazing (weather permitting). Overnight at the Outback Pioneer Hotel 2 nights.

DAY SIX - ULURU - KATA TJUTA (THE OLGAS) - VALLEY OF THE WINDS

Rise early to watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre and Uluru alight. After sunrise join your Guide for a drive around the base of Uluru. Visit the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to see locally-made arts and crafts. This afternoon travel to Kata Tjuta and enjoy a walk through the domes to the Valley of the Winds.

DAY SEVEN - KINGS CANYON TO ALICE SPRINGS

Drive through sandhill country towards Kings Canyon, stopping for a breakfast at Kings Creek Station. Climb to the rim of the canyon for marvelous views of Watarrka National Park. This afternoon travel on to Alice Springs. Stay 1 night at Ibis Styles Alice Springs Oasis.

DAY EIGHT - ALICE SPRINGS TO DARWIN

This morning fly to Darwin (flights not included). Darwin is the gateway to the tropical Northern Territory - the Top End. The city houses many galleries and museums, including many Aboriginal collections.

You'll stay 3 nights at the Novotel Atrium hotel - a short stroll to the dining and entertainment precinct of Mitchell Street. Novotel Atrium features a magnificent tropical indoor rainforest, complete with cascading vines, palm trees, and the soothing sound of running water.

DAY NINE - KATHERINE GORGE & EDITH FALLS

It’s an early start this morning to travel down ‘the Track’ (Stuart Highway), heading to the amazing Nitmiluk National Park and Katherine Gorge. Your Driver Guide will keep you entertained along the way with stories about Australia’s longest highway and the history of the region. With rugged landscapes, thundering waterfalls and unlimited flora and fauna, Nitmiluk is a haven for adventurists and nature lovers alike. Throughout the park you’ll see original Aboriginal rock art that expresses in images this very deep spiritual culture.

DAY TEN - KAKADU NATIONAL PARK TOUR

KakaduThis morning travel on the Arnhem Highway to Kakadu National Park. At Nourlangie Rock your guide will lead a walk to view ancient Aboriginal rock art. Cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong and search for saltwater crocodiles and the colorful range of bird life.

 

 
DAY ELEVEN - FLY HOME

This morning you'll be transfered to Darwin Airport for your flight home (flights not included).
