AMBOSELI SERENA SAFARI LODGE
Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park.

DAY TWO - AMBOSELI GAME DRIVES

Spend today with morning and afternoon game drives in this park. Amboseli is famous for its big game and its great scenic beauty - the landscape is dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain proudly standing at 19,344ft, and sometimes known as the “Roof of Africa”.  Wildlife here includes the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala, Lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo and huge herds of elephants.

DAY THREE - AMBOSELI TO MANYARA

This morning you drive with picnic lunch boxes to the Kenya/Tanzania border, you will proceed with our Tanzania driver/guide for a half day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park enroute to your lodge.

LAKE MANYARA SERENA SAFARI LODGE
Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge offers a unique blend of tranquility and wildlife discovery. Grouped around a central ‘vanishing horizon' pool, the lodge is built in traditional African style, which is accessed via a bridge over a small stream.

DAY FOUR - LAKE MANYARA TO SERENGETI

This morning you drive to one of Africa's most famous parks - The Serengeti National Park. Transfer to Serengeti with a game viewing drive en route to arrive in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive brings you into the heart of the Serengeti's "endless plains" where you may spot some of the many animal & bird species. Be on the lookout for prides of lions as this is one of the best places on the continent to see them!

SERENGETI SOPA LODGE
The lodge is nestled in the acacia woodland on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the plains of the south-western Serengeti National Park.

DAY FIVE - SERENGETI GAME DRIVES

Spend the day on morning and afternoon game viewing drives. During game drives, you may see cheetah, giraffe, lion, leopard, elephant - the list is endless. Each year this is the scene of the great migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebra make their annual trek in search of fresh grass. Serengeti National Park is the Africa you have seen on television. Many National Geographic specials have been filmed here. Now you can see firsthand why so many naturalists and photographers are drawn to this place. You also have an option of a hot air balloon excursion at an extra cost.

DAY SIX - SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO

After breakfast, depart for the drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area via Olduvai Gorge, where famed archaeologists Louis and Mary Leakey discovered the fossilized remains of the earliest known man, believed to be about 1.8 million years old. You will arrive in time for lunch. During your afternoon game drive, you will have plenty of opportunities for wildlife viewing until sunset.

NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE
Perched on the rim of the collapsed volcano, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Lodge has the most magnificent views over the crater floor, which is home to vast herds of buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, the rare and endangered black rhino, elephant, cheetah, leopard, lion and herds of gazelle and wildebeest. Its position on the Eastern rim allows the most spectacular and uninterrupted views of the sunset.

DAY SEVEN - NGORONGORO GAME DRIVES

Depart with picnic lunch after breakfast for a full day game drive on the Crater floor to experience the Africa of bygone days when you explore the "lost world" of Ngorongoro Crater. You will have an opportunity to spot the "big five" - buffalo, elephant, leopard, the black-maned lion and the endangered, rare black rhinoceros - as well as zebra, wildebeest and gazelles. The crater has long been regarded as the original "Garden of Eden;" and is sure to be a memorable highlight of your visit to this extraordinary region!

DAY EIGHT - NGORONGORO TO KILIMANJARO AIRPORT

Morning game drive returning for breakfast at your lodge. Later depart to Kilimanjaro Airport for your out bound flight.
