We begin by visiting the Rocks, Sydney’s birthplace, where we’ll explore fascinating relics and buildings of the city’s turbulent past, beautifully restored. We’ll view the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Conservatorium of Music and Parliament House. Head out of the city and reach Featherdale Wildlife Park before any other tourists, enjoying the exclusive VIP Breakfast with the Koalas. Continuing on, head up through the northern section of the Blue Mountains National Park, passing through the historic town of Hartley Vale, we search for kangaroos grazing in the pastoral areas.
Our lunch destination is in the heart of the Blue Mountains, where we relax to enjoy the delicious food. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Three Sisters and a walk through the rainforest, before heading down the southern section. Enjoy a glass of chilled champagne or orange juice at Wentworth Falls to finish the day, before departing the national park and returning to the city.
DAY FOUR - SYDNEY TO ULURU/AYERS ROCK
WELCOME TO THE RED CENTER!The Red Center is more than the center or middle of Australia. Uluru is sacred to the Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara, the Aboriginal people of the area. It has many springs, waterholes, rock caves and ancient paintings. Uluru is listed as a World Heritage Site.

SOUNDS OF SILENCE DINNERBe transported to a desert dune where you sip champagne and listen to haunting sounds of didgeridoo as you watch a magnificent sunset over Kata Tjuta. When the sun has finally set, lanterns are lit and dinner is served under the stars. After dinner view the heavens. The night sky is star studded, clearer and brighter than most city dwellers ever see. The resident astronomer will introduce guests to the magnificent constellations, stars and planets that make up the skies of the Southern Hemisphere.
DAY FIVE - ULURU HIGHLIGHTSEarly morning tour & outback picnic breakfast. As you travel towards Uluru its vast shape rises from the sand dunes in the early dawn light. Your guide will take you to a special location to watch the sun rise over this amazing monolith. You will learn the Creation stories of Liru (poisonous snake) and Kuniya (python) and hear about the Mala people. After breakfast you will visit Mutijulu Waterhole and then drive around the base of the Uluru before returning to the resort.

WELCOME TO ADELAIDE!Adelaide, South Australia's capital city, is renowned for its compact size and accessibility. Colonel William Light's vision in 1836 saw the city streets designed in a grid pattern surrounded by parklands.
DAY SIX - BAROSSA VALLEY WINE TOURFull Day Private Tour. This is a personally escorted journey that takes you into and behind the scenes of some of Australia’s finest vineyards. There will be visits to wineries with the opportunity to meet well-known wine identities. Lunch will be alfresco under the vines or at Vintners restaurant just out of Angaston. There will be selected winery visits after lunch before returning to Adelaide late afternoon.
DAY SEVEN - KANGAROO ISLAND PRIVATE CHARTERFull day touring. Early morning flight from Adelaide to Kangaroo Island. You will be met on Kangaroo Island by your guide for a basic orientation before departing on the tour in an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle. Explore a red gum forest in the Cygnet River valley and seek out koalas sleeping in the forks of trees. Stretch your legs and take a walk through the habitat of Kangaroo Island kangaroos, tammar wallabies and endangered glossy black cockatoos. You will then break for lunch and enjoy a delicious meal featuring local seafood, fresh salads and fine South Australian wines at a private bush location. At Seal Bay Conservation Park, you will walk with your guide amongst Australian sea lions on a beautiful sandy beach... At the conclusion of your tour, you will transferred to Kingscote Airport to connect with your return flight to Adelaide.

Agincourt Reef is a magnificent ribbon reef where you can experience first hand the magic that is the Great Barrier Reef. You can choose to dive, snorkel, or stay dry and explore the stunning reef from the comfort of a semi-sub, just one meter underwater.
